Terms of Service

Acceptance

By accessing or using Dazzle, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Dazzle on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization and that these Terms apply to it as well.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to form a contract and at least 18 years old under Indian law. The service is not intended for individuals under 18.

Accounts and security

• Keep your login credentials confidential and promptly let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity under your account unless it is caused by our breach of these Terms.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is compromised or the Terms are violated.

Use requirements

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not misuse Dazzle (for example, no reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, or interfering with the service).
• Do not upload content that infringes rights, is unlawful, or harms others.

Content and intellectual property

• You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us the rights needed to operate, improve, and provide the service.
• We own the service, including software, branding, and materials provided by Dazzle. Using the service does not transfer our rights to you.

Beta or experimental features

Some parts of Dazzle may be in beta or change frequently. They are provided as-is, may be rate limited, and can be modified or discontinued without notice.

Third-party services

If Dazzle links to or integrates with third-party products, your use of those products is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Compliance and data handling

We aim to operate in line with applicable Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where it applies. Using Dazzle may involve storing or processing data outside India with service providers that follow our security and confidentiality requirements.

Fees and payments

If we offer paid features, prices and billing terms will be shown at checkout or in an order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend access for non-payment.

Disclaimers

Dazzle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dazzle and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before the claim (or $100 if no fees were paid).

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Dazzle from third-party claims arising from your content or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer laws require otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will update the date below and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
